Some things in life are inevitable — like Our Place releasing a new Always Pan so genius, it transcends its predecessors. First came the cult-favorite Always Pan, which put the cookware brand on the map and captivated the internet's attention with its functional, colorful design. Then came Our Place's Always Pan 2.0, an upgraded take on the O.G. model, complete with a toxin-free nonstick coating and shimmery finish. And then, just when we thought Our Place couldn't surprise us anymore, the brand surpassed our expectations with the launch of its Titanium Always Pan Pro.

Debuting today, Our Place's Titanium Always Pan Pro is revered as the cookware of the future — and it has the polished, innovative design to prove it. Made from titanium material, the nonstick pan was created using a first-of-its-kind NoCo Nonstick Technology from Our Place. Through this technology, the pan is constructed rather than coated, which means it's free from the usual hazardous chemicals that are associated with nonstick properties. According to the brand, it's the "safest nonstick pan" yet.

"Our Place has been PFAS-free from day 1, and with this new technology, we hope the rest of the industry will join us in making cleaner, safer, and more sustainable products."

"The overwhelming majority of the kitchenware industry is still actively using Forever Chemicals," Our Place's co-founder, Shiza Shahid, tells PS. "Most nonstick pans, air fryers, blenders, and many kitchenware products use PTFE (Teflon) in their coatings. This is despite knowing the harmful consequences to the environment, our health, and worker safety. Our Place has been PFAS-free from day 1, and with this new technology, we hope the rest of the industry will join us in making cleaner, safer, and more sustainable products."

From testing out the brand's stylish Wonder Oven to seeing how the Perfect Pot holds up in the kitchen, our editors never turn down an opportunity to test-run Our Place's best products — and the Titanium Always Pan Pro is no exception. We tapped three editors to try Our Place's newest launch and share their experiences cooking a variety of dishes.

Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro ($215)

"As someone who owns multiple Our Place products, I've become accustomed to the brand's greatness in the cookware category. I had my doubts about whether or not this Titanium variation of the Always Pan could deliver, especially given my history with nonstick products that get the job done, but don't necessarily hold up well over time. After finally getting my hands on a sample of the pan, I decided to cook up several dishes to test its effectiveness. First, I cooked a filet of salmon, which crisped perfectly on the edges and then glided effortlessly off the pan and onto my dinner plate.

Next up, I went with something a bit thicker and more ingredient-heavy: a savory Shakshuka. This recipe includes four eggs, which are cooked in between a blend of chopped tomatoes, roasted red peppers, smoked paprika, cumin, and harissa. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to scoop the food out and portion it accordingly to different plates. The dish cooked evenly throughout and the pan was easy to clean after the fact; there were almost no food remnants and anything left could be scrubbed off easily with my sponge. The nonstick pan has quickly become a staple on my oven top and completely replaced every other pan in my kitchen.

As to be expected given its titanium composition, this pan feels very heavy, especially compared to prior Always Pan models. Even when filming videos of the pan, I felt like I had to hold it with two hands for extra security; this might just inadvertently prove how measly my arm strength is. Regardless, it's a beast of a pan that's durable and sure to last.

My one qualm with this Our Place pan is that due to its stainless steel design, the nonstick cookware shows fingerprints almost effortlessly. This certainly wouldn't deter me from using the pan — let alone from buying another one or recommending it — but as someone with OCD who likes things to be clean, it can be frustrating having to constantly wipe down the pan lid." — Kyley Warren, assistant editor, Commerce

For Easy Clean Up

For Easy Clean Up

Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro ($215)

"Fried eggs are one of the few protein-packed breakfasts my kids will eat, and I have a pile of 'nonstick' pans to prove it. Finding cookware that combines the holy trinity of good egg-frying pan traits: a non-stick surface, toxic-free materials, and dishwasher-friendly care instructions can be as elusive to shop for as it sounds. I've managed to find options that hit two out of three on the list.

When I heard about Our Place's new Titanium Always Pan, I was impressed by its claim to be the 'safest nonstick' pan that could be run through a dishwasher. When I got my hands on a sample to test, I decided to make fried eggs with salsa and a handful of spinach to test out its nonstick feature. I couldn't believe how well the pan crisped up the eggs, warmed the salsa, and steamed the spinach without burning anything. The eggs were shockingly easy to flip and actually stayed intact, while the lid helped to cook the yolk to perfection while steaming the spinach.

Now that I'm using it regularly, I usually don't even bother with the dishwasher because the pan is so easy to clean — I just wipe it with a soapy sponge and the food slides right off. The silvery steel pan accented with gold looks so stunning on my stovetop that I don't bother storing it away in my cabinets. It's now my go-to pan for most meals, and I honestly don't see that changing." — Angela Elias, contributing editor, Commerce

Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro ($215)

"After getting accustomed to the tried and true Always Pan, I was skeptical but curious to try out the Titanium version. I use my Always Pan for everything, whether it's a simple sunny side egg, pasta, or Indian curries. I love the original Always Pan, but I had no idea that I was going to love the Titanium version even more. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this pan performs, especially when cooking Indian food.

For starters, I love the size and depth of the Titanium Always Pan. It's so convenient for meal prepping and batch cooking. When I first got it, I cooked potato curry, bell pepper shrimp curry, and spicy chicken pasta with barely anything sticking to the pan. A good amount of oil (I use avocado) and keeping the flame at low to medium does the trick. This helps to make sure that the pan is evenly heated and that you have time to stir and add ingredients at the right time without feeling rushed. The textured bottom was something I had to get used to in a pan format, but it was useful in searing burgers and fish fillets since it acted sort of like a grill.

Having the Titanium Always Pan in my collection has taught me to not be so dependent on only nonstick-coated pans for everything. Although I can't yet flip an egg or make an omelet that doesn't turn into scrambled eggs with this pan, I can do so much more, and in turn, preserve the nonstick coating of my other pans. Titanium Always Pan has become my emotional support pan." — Anvita Reddy, assistant editor, Commerce
